• Shipping Policy

  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • 99.6% of orders placed and paid by 14:00 CET will ship the same day from our Belgian warehouse.
  • When you spend €75 or more on a single order, Eco Shipping is FREE, and Priority Shipping is reduced to €5.00. Silver Level users automatically receive Free Eco and €5.00 Priority on all orders. You can become Silver Member by spending €499 or more in a single year.
  • Eco Shipping is our standard service that provides timely delivery while offsetting a portion of the carbon emissions produced during shipping. All Eco Shipping orders are consolidated and dispatched on two designated days each week.
  • Priority Shipping is our express service, ensuring same-day dispatch for orders placed before 14:00 CET. It’s the fastest option for regular and Silver members. Gold Members enjoy the added benefit of jumping the queue
  • Our preferred shipping partner across Europe is GLS Express, though local exceptions may occur due to third-party operational decisions.
  • You will receive a Track & Trace number for your shipment, regardless of the shipping method chosen. Once your order is processed in our warehouse, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you. Please note that Eco Shipments may take longer than indicated by the tracking code. For the fastest delivery, choose Priority Shipping.

  • Delivery times generally align with the table below, depending on your location. However, please be aware that shipments to remote areas within these regions may experience extended delivery times, potentially adding up to 3 business days. For expedited deliveries, always select Priority Shipping.
  • We do not ship to regions designated as Special Zones in the table below due to factors such as customs regulations, high shipping costs, and extended delivery times. If you reside in a Special Zone, please contact our customer care department. You may still be able to obtain specific items through our premium service or by ordering in volume.
  • All shipping policies are applicable to drop shipping as well. Please ensure you review these policies to understand their relevance and application to drop shipping orders.
